By accessing or using VizRise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Services
VizRise is an AI creative workspace for video, image, music, and voice generation with subscription billing, credit packs, and account management. The platform may include free usage, subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, account management, output history, downloadable assets, and public or private generation workflows.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for your account and login credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account
- You may not share, sell, or transfer access to your account without authorization
- We may suspend access if we detect fraud, abuse, or security risk
Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
- Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled
- Credits may be included with subscriptions or purchased separately
- Different tools, models, and settings may consume different amounts of credits
- We may update prices, plans, or credit mapping over time
- Failure to cancel before renewal may result in a new paid billing period
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, not guaranteed automatically.
Generated Content and User Materials
You remain responsible for any prompts, uploads, references, or instructions you submit. You must have the necessary rights to use the materials you upload.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for your account. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
Public Visibility and Sharing
Some generations may be shareable or publicly visible depending on plan rules, feature settings, or platform defaults. If public visibility is enabled for a generation, prompts, media, and outputs associated with that generation may appear in public areas of the service.
Prohibited Uses and Content Restrictions
You agree not to use the service for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity
- Harassment, threats, hate, or violent extremism
- Sexual exploitation or harm involving minors
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement
- Impersonation, deception, or identity fraud
- Spam, scraping, bot abuse, or unauthorized automation
- Attempts to bypass limits, billing, or access controls
- Interference with the platform, its providers, or other users
We may remove content, revoke credits, suspend access, or terminate accounts if these rules are violated.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, billing, authentication, storage, and AI generation. Availability, speed, and output quality may depend in part on those providers.
Service Availability and No Warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific output quality, exact generation speed, or that every model or feature will remain available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, inability to use the service, or reliance on generated outputs.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific paid period or purchase giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create legal risk, or harm the platform, its users, or its providers.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on this page or announced on the website. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated terms apply going forward.
